If you want to fly cheap then overbooking is the risk you take. At most, these people should get a refund and nothing more. Of course we live in the age of entitlement so people think they're special and don't have to follow the rules of security personnel. This guy must think he's the only doctor in the world capable of doing his job. He's obviously not even a good doctor if he's flying budget in the first place. He wasn't needed anywhere near as much as people are crying. If he would have followed the god damned rules he wouldn't have gotten roughed up for causing a disturbance.
