From what I've gathered it sounds like a man was asked to get off a plane, he refused, so they removed him. Sounds fair to me. There's nothing fair about being forced to disembark from your plane despite having a valid ticket you paid for. Depending on what actually happened, sure there is I haven't read about this at all though I should have clarified. They had no reason for that specific passenger to leave.
