From what I've gathered it sounds like a man was asked to get off a plane, he refused, so they removed him. Sounds fair to me. The man paid for his seat and was just sitting there but they overbooked the flight, so they asked him to "volunteer" his seat and when he refused they attacked him and dragged his bloodied body out like a corpse on TWD.
