There is so much more at play than what a lot of people actually know.

He's already identified why he is drinking, he didnt say im an alcoholic. He said he started drinking on friday because he felt depressed.

If he has a history of alcoholism then yes its a different recovery process but he says he just started. So if he's feeling depressed the first thing he has to do is stop drinking
