| UnfairRepresent 04/10/17 6:49:29 PM #1: | A Florida man accused of kissing and touching a teenager’s buttocks provided police with an odd explanation for the crime. According to the Naples Daily News, a teenage girl told Naples Police that she was sleeping on the beach on Monday when she awoke to 50-year-old Matthew Brabyn, “kissing and touching the outer cloth of her bathing suit on her butt.” Authorities caught up with Brabyn, who told them that “he didn’t mean to fall on the teenager”, but “he tripped over some umbrellas,” according to the Naples Daily News. Brabyn was arrested, charged with misdemeanor battery and taken to the Naples Jail Center.
