| bretonftw 04/10/17 5:30:50 PM #70: | Insisting that people use bathrooms matching their genitalia, but saying it's okay if the pass as the sex of the bathroom in question is nonsensical and contradictory. Even bringing them both up disqualifies the first point as you're admitting that biology isn't a necessary factor for bathroom use. As for sexual assault, there's no argument that can't equally be used to prevent openly gay men/women from entering male/female bathrooms (including post 69).
