Yeah, it's banning employers from making them wear them. And that's the problem. If it was banning all women from wearing them then you could argue that it's a hazard to their health and it's being done for the public's welfare. However, that argument flies out the window if choice is still on the table and thus makes it an exceptionally stupid law.
