The dinosaurs get Minion-ified to appeal to teenage girls. Betty and Wilma are hot. Fred and Barney are younger, thinner, sleeker. If they need some kind of excuse for Scooby being able to talk, maybe Bedrock will be home to some sacred stone which has resurrected fallen dinosaurs.
