Not at all. The article only compares it to how Forza runs on a 1070. It's not really a genuine comparison. while being unoptimized and only using 66% of it's resources* I'm not saying it's not impressive but Eurogamer is just randomly comparing it to a completely different Forza game that's on PC. Something like Gears 4 is probably a better comparison to make since that game has a really good PC port and it's the exact same game.
