Yeah, they're oblivious to it, particularly when they bring up things like Triple H holding someone back, or that Vince McMahon has an ego It's more a thing of what they do out of character, like Triple H inserting himself into PPVs out of the blue or not giving preferred call-ups to the main shows in his capacity (not as COO as in the show) as executive VP of talent relations. Or Vince McMahon's preference for pushing talent with "Superman" physiques, especially as show-leading faces, regardless of whether they get the desired reaction. Smaller talent don't typically get to the top of the card as faces, with a few recent exceptions. If all of that is an elaborate work, consider me an impressed mark. A lot of it's just fantasy booking, though. Take two performers who could make anyone look good and put them in the same ring.
