Topic	How are they walking barefoot out in the street? In the modern age?

I was at the Malaysian border a few months ago heading to Penang to do my visa. There was this chick with dreads walking around in elephant pants, a tank top (no bra) and barefoot. She sat down at one of the chairs in the immigration office and the soles of her feet were literally black. Made me want to vomit. I felt bad for whoever had to ride on that minibus with her.
