only reason Krillin got scratched by that bullet was because he wasn't putting out any energy

far as I know, he's been shot and hurt twice, once fatally while in his most powerful form
he's blocked energy blasts that can destroy mountains when he's focused
the outrage over him getting wounded by that laser is moronic, Goku isn't fucking Superman and if he isn't ready even Krilling throwing a rock at his head will hurt him
Those blasts weren't that strong
Goku black kamehameha's the ground trying to hit Trunks and pretty much nothing happens. During the Cell saga that would have blown up the planet.
Just like base Goku Jr. was stronger than SSJ4 we can already see that for some reason powerlevels in super have dropped considerably ---
