The other day my boss took out all his frustration on me over a little problem at weekly staff meeting. He did this several weeks ago. He doesn't tell me in person what the issue is, but waits until he has an audience. He's also a perfectionist and expects miracles when we are understaffed. He makes fun of old employees who he fired and said he wouldn't hure someone solely based on their name.

Beside that, the job is alright. M-F 9-5 with holidays plus 2 weeks off for Christmas, 1 for Thankgiving, and 1 personal week. I just got health insurance too. All that means nothing if it's a toxic environment though. I was seriously considering quitting on the spot.
