Affirmative action is a collection of laws and policies. It is not one big federal law that comes with Jail time. At most, a company can get sued for a bullshit amount of money. Most times, if they are punished, it is a slap on the wrist at most.

AA is not a strictly enforced policy. Do you really think a school system that prides itself on training the best of the best would admit a dumbass just because she's black?? I Sure as hell know they wouldn't
