If Cell could destroy the galaxy he is as strong as or stronger than Beerus. This is obviously false. Infact Cell is weaker than Goku before Goku got a powerup to be able to barely fight Beerus. So obviously Cell cannot bust the galaxy and if he could than DBZ galaxy is just super weak (speaking from comparison of how weak cell would be to Beerus and Goku blue). But even then it is a hard thing to swallow since Beerus being able to destroy the galaxy is supposed to be something worth recognition.
