Seems like thats the going rate for a pair of headphones like these. Kinda sucks, I'd rather not spend that kinda money but I really want something like this.

At least you know what true value of headphones you're looking into instead of just dumping money on trendy brands such as Beats that costs as much, but nothing special at all.

They are pretty comfy compared to a few of the over the ear headphones I've had. No such clamping force or discomfort, but it does get pretty warm to the ears. The headphones have software updates, but I kept with the one shipped from the box because very many users complained about the terrible audio quality after the update. I think Bose came up with a fix to be able to downgrade and revert to the shipped firmware, but that's still a pretty disappointin issue.

If anything, I'd like to trade these up for the Sony ones because I've had my eyes on them ever since it was first announced. You should try to watch the launch product video to see what kind of bells and whistles I was talking about.
