His skits probably reach more people than his normal attempt at getting news out. He's always criticized for being over the top, but I understand why he is at the same time. I'm not one to really support entertainment journalism, because I know it does take away from the news being covered, and then people do say that it is an act or that the news source lacks credibility because of it, but then he's not necessarily under any rules or guidelines to be a carbon copy of what traditional news may be seen as.
