I mean, Jim's reasons for giving the game 2/10 is right in the review. He thinks the controls and camera are horrendous, the world and minigame design is uninspired and dreadful, the core gameplay is dreary and unintuitive.

All of that to me does add up to a very low score. Arguing whether a game deserves between 2 and 4 seems more or less pointless to me so whatever.
