I'm not sure if race quotas are legal, but they obviously still do them if you look at admittance scores/GPA of various races for every school. She probably was the most impressive or one of the most impressive black applicants which is a feat in itself, but I think colleges compare applicants more with peers of their race than other people and there are stats to prove that I think ...
