Their feet would get so tough that they wouldn't even feel anything after awhile. When my girlfriend's brother was younger he would always walk around barefoot. One day he went to his mom because he thought he had stepped in glass and he'd experience excruciating pain whenever he'd take a step. After going to the hospital they found out that he hadn't really stepped on glass, he was on the verge of nerve damage on the bottom of his feet cause he never wore shoes. --- Posted with GameRaven 3.2 ...
