Absolutely none of that is implausible except for the giant magnet.

Just so you know, it can take MONTHS to get evidence through a lab to be processed no matter how high profile the case.

lol yeah. Maybe that's how it has to work on planet idiot plot where you apparently live, but the reality is if the leader of a criminal enterprise is found dead and his entire operation in ruins and they know the computer has information as to who else was involved in the criminal conspiracy they are going to be on that computer yesterday. What reason is there to wait? Do they want everyone involved to just book it out of the country before they can be tried?

As a government building being paid for by the tax payers, I'm fairly certain that's public information.

lol not even close. They don't let people know the shifts of every police officer working in every department, how many guards are on duty, the approximate place to put a magnet so it destroys evidence, etc. How he could just know all of these elements is just idiot plot. Everyone is stupid but super genius Walt. And that's why the show dipped in quality in the last season.

And the clothes? That's really a problem to you?

It really is because it is so conspicuous. Anyone who would see them would instantly know that they were part of the magnet scheme. So yes, it is yet more idiot plot.
