| chill02 03/26/17 2:34:16 PM #75: | I Like Toast posted... you use incinerate right, the tech one that improves tech powers should have one that gives more weight and the lvl 6 gives you reduced cooldowns after using a tech power. with that i was just a smidge under the weight limit with a AR and SR. I could have done that but that ship has sailed; I've respecced like 5 times already and it's gotten cost prohibitive >_> Individual cooldowns are starting to resemble ME2 ones at this point which is nice, though --- Ave, true to Caesar. ...
