You have to actually bathe them several times a week, can't let your dwelling get too cold, may need to dress them, and they're prone to a myriad of chronic health conditions. I always forget about the chronic health issues of hairless cat breeds, and that they're more prone to not feeling well in cold temperatures vs. cats with short hair or long hair.
