These breeds don't seem too common, but if you don't mind a greater search for a cat shelter or breeder that raises cats of these 2 types, you always could look for a cat that's either a Peterbald or a Sphynx.

Ugh I hate the bad puppy mill-like practices of certain cat and dog breeders, but it is rare to find many cat breeds that don't have at least some hair on them. And I worry you'd probably have to turn to some sort of breeder, which hopefully wasn't too puppy mill like. And the appearance of this breeds, are often a little bit on the ugly side of things. It wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me(I'd probably look for a Sphynx or a Peterbald), but I could see how it could be for some people. Anyway:
