Once you realize that smogon has a certain strength threshold that it uses to make the difference between Uber and OU the more sense things make.
That's only because Smogon ignores DW abilities that haven't been 'officially' released.
I personally feel that's dumb. You can give your pokemon max stats, but no to abilities that they are going to get.
