Jeez dude, get some stuff made in the past 10 years. Best advice I have is go to a record store and find things you like. That's what I do.

That's why I want suggestions.
Although, due to record players going out of style decades ago, I find it is a lot harder and more expensive to get albums from current bands. Thus why I look for the well regarded albums from older bands that lots of my bar patrons will enjoy at a low price.
Plus, I will pretty much listen to anything. I enjoy music a lot but I wouldn't say I am especially discerning. I do not have any bands that I feel particularly attached to from the last decade beyond a song or two each on my ipod that I really like.
