Passed the NY and NJ Bars in November...but the market is awful so it took a few months. Still...much quicker than most recent law school grads these days. Many take 6-9 months. Got an offer within my first 3 interviews. $50K (average for recent law grads is $45K), $25 per month for a smart phone, laptop connected to their network so I can work remotely sometimes, health insurance, 401K contributions, vacation days, sick days, holidays, personal days. Firm is Fein, Such, Kahn, and Shepard. They have like 4-5 locations but are looking to expand again into Long Island. 1 Supervising Attorney, 5 Associate Attorneys, and several staff. I will be 1 of the first 5 Associate Attorneys when they open it up in April-May. I will be in the Creditor's Rights department (representing banks in foreclosures, bankruptcies, and collections). It's the opposite of what I used to do (representing the debtors with bankruptcy, foreclosures, credit repair, etc).
