You can't be serious. She has to be at least 20. I can't comprehend where they get these ages from.
Personally I don't think the creators care, and the dubbers don't care even more. Jesse said she was 17 (might have been 16) in the anime episode "The Ultimate Test" (I think...) but I also remember a long ass time ago on the 4kids site it said her age (along with James) was 14 or something.
