Cause you aren't using pictures that are publicly available. You are using pictures they put up for only specific people to see.
Now if your model friends profile is public than sure go right ahead.
obviously I meant using the friend's official model pictures, which would in fact be public
and I'm not talking about me specifically, I'm talking theoretically
