You want a full claim and you are probably kissing any Doc Save you thought you might get as a used up dayvig goodbye. Actually, you've probably kissed that goodbye anyway. But i really don't think i should have to go any further than that.
If you are telling the truth, there are so many ways you could have handled that better. Not thrilled about the claim.
