He's another poke I wish they did something with so that it wasn't awful in battle, but as I've said, it doesn't really matter when deciding what pokemon I like, Noctowl is still totally rad :3
I've used Noctowl so much and in many different ways, it can be quite annoying and unexpected in the right circumstances but yeah, I really wish it had more going for it.
I'd love it if it had the Special Attack to run one of the coolest abilities ever AKA Tinted Lens, I was happy when I found out that he would get it but he just can't pull it off and I had to go back to basics with the special wall. They should at least give it Calm Mind, which is way overdue.
I'd still take Noctowl over Pidgeot or Unfezant though.
Yeah it's too bad, Noctowl so awesome.
