Setzer wasn't all that skinny in Kingdom Hearts 2, so I don't see why that would change.
Also I don't see why they would actually change any character's personality, either. It's not like they turned Rosa into a Rikku clone in the FFIV remake, so why would they change Terra or Celes? And if anything, Relm would be the Rikku. Ew.
Admittedly, thanks to Amanos artwork, the ENTIRE CAST would be bishous if ported over directly. The big reason why is that, he needs to be attractive to really make that celes scene uncomfortable. The other thing is with women voice actors, you arent gonna see both Terra and Celes get the quiet calm girl treatment. Terra makes way more sense, so expect some whiny highp itched voice for Celes.
