Setzer wasn't all that skinny in Kingdom Hearts 2, so I don't see why that would change.
Also I don't see why they would actually change any character's personality, either. It's not like they turned Rosa into a Rikku clone in the FFIV remake, so why would they change Terra or Celes? And if anything, Relm would be the Rikku. Ew.
