This story is rather humorous.
You have an old college friend who apparently really wanted his old pair of underwear back, a main character who obviously doesn't give a s*** about car security (may as well just keep the car unlocked if he's going to keep giving the keys away), the main character is rude as hell (stranger says he is blocked in and the main character responds with an equivalent response of, "hey, can't you see I'm talking here?"), and the brilliant detective work of the police.
I love it.
