Fun Fact:Stunfisk has the lowest Speed of all Electric-type Pokémon.
One of the great love/hate pokemon of Gen 5, Stunfisk is one of the funniest pokemon out there. Just look at this thing, it's so damn derpy. I don't know how it fairs in the competitive scene, but I'm sure it's not doing too hot. It would be awesome to see a evolution of this thing in a future gen, but I get the feeling it's going to be too derpy to figure out how evolution works and just chill out as an overall forgettable pokemon that eventually gets brought up in "most awful" or "most underrated" discussions.
