Because the leftist media is promoting the idea that he's the only candidate who can win (because they know he's actually the candidate LEAST likely to win).
also why is RP doing relatively well in every state despite the conservative media hating him, and does that suggest there's a significant portion of the Republican base that is dissatisfied with the current course the party is on?
Uh, yeah. Also, SC is an open primary state, so Democrats and Independents can show up the day of the primary and vote for Paul if they'd like.
