psh those aren't so bad

RPG story

one time I played in a game that featured a labyrinth that looked mostly identical and it would teleport you from junction to junction. Each dead end looked from a distance like an exit, but actually consisted of an imp statue holding a sky-colored lantern that would animate, leap off the pedestal and recite

'oh look at this, it's a dead end is it?'
'you're pouting like children and throwing a fit!'
'well cry all you want as I don't give a ****'
'And now I will gate you - set you back a bit!'

And then it teleported us to a random part of the dungeon. If you can picture a grown man capering around and reciting this about 10 times then you can imagine what this was like.

There was a second rhyme when we actually did reach the end. If we didn't defeat the real devil in about 4-5 rounds, he broke into song:

'You thought you'd get out, oh I'm sure that you did!'
"You'd hoped that your boots would walk free on the grass.'
'But I've bottled you up, and stoppered the lid,'
'So get back to the start, and kisseth mine ass!'

and then slapped its butt, farted, and teleported us back to the beginning.

As you might imagine I don't have a lot of patience for people who worry about branching paths

What game was this?
