Second one looks simple enough to navigate. The first looks like it could potentially be a pain, but if it's like FFXIII where you have a minimap that directs you towards your next objective all the time, navigation seems like it'd become pretty trivial. Really, it's hard to say what it's going to be like until you actually play the game.
