Clinton is reponsible for the housing market crash. He made it easy for everyone to get mortgages then they all went and defaulted on them.
This is true too. The Community Reinvestment Act killed the house market for sure. Obama was actually involved in that even though he wasn't a big name back then. Clinton was a big part of this by allowing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to fulfill their affordable mortgage purchase requirements by purchasing subprime loans that were granted to low income borrowers. That was a crisis in itself.
