You realize you are only defending Obama right now, right?
And attacking Clinton at the same time. I understand that we won't see the results of Obama's efforts until next term or the term after. However, he, like Bush, is unlucky to be in office at the wrong time. Plus, his stimulus package threw millions at different things that have zero effect on the economy (steroid investigation in baseball and horse racing for example). So even though we may not see the results of his efforts for several years, things sure aren't looking good based on his crappy idea. And as I said before, even if he had a good idea...he is in office at the wrong time just like Bush.
