Also top tier ending points go to season one of Nodame Cantabile and seasons 1 AND 2 of Honey and Clover, both just absolutely cerebral perfect endings.
Other great endings include: Crest of the Stars, ef a tale of memories, Bakemonogatari, and even though they are cheesy, most Gundam endings are good as is Kamichu's.
