Yeah, I really don't think that's a lot of people. But if someone doesn't want to vote towards a "lesser" version of a game than that's their choice, I can't read their minds, and so far only one person has been shown to vote differently because of it.
I'm just borrowing the same rule that Holy Excalibur uses when he makes the Top 100 Games lists, where he puts remakes and original games together, and I didn't see people complain about it for the several years he's done it.
Man, people are only jumping on it because I specifically pointed out Metroid and Zero Mission.
Eh, if you extended this to like 25 or something I might put Pokemon HG/SS on it but I wouldn't if it was combined with Pokemon Gold.
In an example I'd actually care about, but isn't Nintendo, if FF4 and FF4DS were pooled into one game FF4 would drag FF4DS down quite a bit for me. I think FF4DS is a top 5 FF but FF4 is close to the bottom.
