quick question: regarding potions, how are they more effective than just using a healing surge?
like, my character is wizard tier health, but each healing surge spent will give her 10 hp. the way the healing potion is worded it makes me think it is just a flat 10 hp gained regardless, making there be no net gain if my character were to use one of them.
unless it has been errata'd or something and does it on top of healing surge healing...
or is this item just designed with lower level characters in mind?
