Cutthroat Caverns is really sweet. The only luck involved is in the draw of the cards and you can discard in between turns. That, and the monsters you get are random so if you get a really hard one late game it can be pretty bad. But the rounds are quick and there's always something for each player to do. It takes a lot of teamwork and then subsequent backstabbing but it's really fun. I guess the only real drawback is it's only for up to 6 players.
