Link's Awakening: The part before Catfish Maw where you have to take the ghost to his old house and then to his grave. It's just kind of annoying because it makes you trek pretty much across the entire world map twice and it's sort of unnecessary. Link's Awakening doesn't really have any bad parts though, just slightly inconvenient things to deal with.
