loss of touch would be numbness
your ability to move has nothing to do with your ability to feel things
Your body is constantly moving to compensate, rebalance, etc. It responds to pressure, temperature, other contact... etc etc
If you have no sensation (as in people who have the "no pain" disorder), your body will not compensate and it will degrade and be destroyed as you move.
Even paralyzed people have vast degradation to their body over time.
