-The clue where you have to present the outfit due to the lack of gunpowder burns was stupid.
-The over-reliance on spirit medium mumbo jumbo in this story opens a ton of holes. Couldn't Phoenix prove Ini was dead by having Pearl or Maya channel her spirit? Couldn't we channel the doctor and ask him what he saw? I could understand if the court were suspicious of all this, but they seemed to take it all at face value in this case.
-Considering that defendants seem to get away with changing their testimonies all the time, why didn't Mimi just act stupid and say she was wrong about the car's origin? It would be totally believable.
-Couldn't Morgan have just shot Maya and claimed the Spirit Severing Technique failed and she had to use self-defense against a still-violent spirit?
