This wouldn't happen. Fullstop. And if it did happen, I'd say that the chance of me hallucinating the entire thing is higher than it actually happening and get myself checked into a mental ward.
The fact that something happens in your mind doesn't mean that it's not real. Plenty of people have already received "undeniable" proof of higher intelligence.
