Hyper combos in X-Factor weren't scaled?
This explains literally everything.
In X-Factor, there was still damage scaling, but the minimum damage was 50% of the standard damage, rather than the 10-40% (depending on character and type of attack). This 50% has been lowered to 35%, effectively cutting down X-Factor damage in long combos to 2/3 of what it was.
