This is a nuzlocke run. Resetting is cheating. Plus, I'm pretty sure a pokemon's hp type is set when it's first generated in the wild, so resetting wouldn't help anyway.
Ah, forgot that you can't reset. If you could, though, you could save right before you get the Eevee Pokeball and keep resetting until you get the HP type and power you want.
